This is not simply a "fishing company". This is a framework for community minded individuals to empower sustainably viable operations that will ensure future generations will continue to thrive on land and in the water.

Our Mission
Fishing has always been a part of life in the islands. Not only as a means of income but even more so as a way of subsistence. For generations, these waters and fishing grounds have been meticulously maintained and sustained. It is in this same spirit that Tadra Talei approaches fishing as a community centered industry.
Our Mission is to serve the community by establishing programs that empower and uplift operational capabilities. By coming along side and working from where communities and individuals are currently. We are able to set goals and move towards those goals together. Through collaboration and community we are charting a course for the future that we each want to see and provide for future generations.
Our Vision
The potential for growth on a wide scale and improved sustainability, both financially and harvest wise is there. The communities of hard working dedicated fishers is there. The potential to create lasting, generational change is there. The only parts missing are the framework, network and experienced industry professionals coming together in one place. Not to "get rich quick", not to "be important". But to serve something important.
