Tadra Talei
This Tadra Talei, "Precious Dream", is for those who believe it matters. It isn't only about the pristine waters of Fiji, or the communities that have coexisted with and among them for countless generations. This "Precious Dream" is one that we each share. It is one of abundance and sustainability for the waters, ecosystems, communities and future generations.
What We Do
Tadra Talei builds community-centered fisheries programs in Fiji by organizing partnerships, improving sustainability practices, and enabling traceability that attracts responsible buyers and sponsors.

These programs are designed by industry professionals with the knowledge and skills required to advance the safety, quality, traceability and sustainability of the fishing industry across Fiji. By partnering industry professionals with the community's skills and ability, Tadra Talei is reshaping the Fishing Industry in Fiji.
What We Value
Community
Tadra Talei is dedicated to fostering growth and stability. We have and continue to team up with different communities, community leaders, co-ops, government agencies and companies. All coming together in order to build something bigger than ourselves.
Sustainability
We are dedicated to maintaining and investing in healthy ecosystems. Our transparency, QR tracking and community integration allows us to assist in data collection for ourselves, our clients and affiliated agencies that use it for various work.
Solidarity
As a community, we are all working to see one another succeed. Whether Saltwater, Freshwater, inshore or offshore. All of us together are Tadra Talei, and all are important members of this precious family and beautiful community.
